Williams didn't have a rematch clause when he lose to Quintana in the first fight. Pavlik didn't have a rematch clause when he got his ass whooped by a 43 year old Hopkins. If Pavlik have any faith, then forget about the rematch clause and fight Williams.

2..he's too active to be drained.
