What? I post this topic cause many here bashed Cotto for the way he beat Clottey. Do i think Williams can easily beat Clottey? imo no but i'm not guaranteed Williams can't beat Clottey impressively cause even though Winky is past his prime, Williams still became the first top fighter to ever beat Wright clearly and easily.

You slipping PBF dropped him in the 3rd. Mayweather hurt that boy.

Of course i don't agree with it. The last time your hero Mosley face a Clottey type of style guess what happens? I'll let you tell me the answer. And no way Mayweather would whip Clottey. Mayweather couldn't even whipped Judah easily for crying out loud lol.

Williams and Floyd would, Shane wouldn't.

I don't think Mayweather or even Williams could and i'm a big time Williams fan but i won't be surprise if Williams can win it impressively cause of his style.

The punch that landed didn't hurt him?

I would have liked to see it continue but I wasn't in there. 2 things to consider.

    1. Mitchell was not competitive.

    2. Mitchell was taking punishment round by round. I remember him not even landing anything in the last round.(he had a black eye coming into the fight.)

The body shot did hurt Mitchell but he still wasn't that hurt to not continue.

Look Mayweather at 147 pounds, he mostly throws 1 punch at a time. If Mayweather does that vs Clottey, i guaranteed he won't win it impressively if he wins it.

Okay, I can live with that. 147 in not his best weight.

Mayweather is better at 140 pounds in which he's way faster and throws combination.

Only the Haters say that, personally I think Clottey is one of the best names on Cotto's record.

I think youy are vastly overrating Clottey here but that's just my opinion. Cotto beat him with one eye. Clottey has no power and his punch output is ****. The man just finds a way to lose. I think Shane would beat Clottey clearly. Comparing Floyd performace against Judah to a imaginary fight with Clottey is comical.
