If he beats Cotto he'll move up in the 40-35

if he beats Mayweather he'll be in the 20-10 range for me.

I would say top 35 for sure. If he beats Cotto and Mayweather top 15 or top 10.

pac is a four weight world champion with less then 12 championship fights and only 4 title defenses no way is that top 50, 60, or 70.
