Your right its a different era, In that era Pac never would have fought as a flyweight, and would have had to fight his career at a weight much closer to his walk around weight which would have meant he would have most likely started his career at 122 or 126...PLUS not only was Ray 123-1 he fought and beat EVERYONE he fought at that point and he beat much much better fighters then Pac has....Armstrong alone eats Pac's resume...Armstrong is seen by many as the second greatest fighter of all time, and actually by some as the greatest...Jeez I really dont know why I reply to Pacoron..You cats have NO FREAKING clue. Which is exactly the point :good People make a big thing about how many divisions Pac has jumped, without truly analysing the quality of his opponants and at what stage they were at in their careers. SRR has Pac for quality, quantity and just straight up being the better fighter..which ever way you want to look at it.

Goes both ways though, Pac weighing the weight on fight night means his opponent would have weighed the same fight night. Maybe instead of fly-WW Pac maybe BW-JMW. Fighters would just rule a weight class or 2 above, MAB & Morales who routinely came in at 140+ on fight night would be JWW, Hattonw ould be a WW/JMW, Cotto would be a JMW-MW. 123-1 doesnt impress me, he fought every 2 weeks... how many great opponents can you find every 2 weeks? Surely not that many, many were bums....simmilar to what Chavez did. having siad that, what impress me is the no. of great HOF fighters SRR did, which no doubt was a lot and more so than Pac will ever face.
