Your switching up your own rules...in fact your not even arguing the same thing. Im not saying that if a guy is shorter, he cant have a longer reach (or opposite). Ward is 6'1 and has a 73" reach to Miranda's 77".

What I was saying is...and your arguement did NOTHING to detract it, you only attempted to change the arguement...if a fighter is MUCH taller AND has a MUCH longer wingspan...he has a much longer reach.

And btw, Im still waiting to see HBO's stats showing Miranda's reach is 1" shorter than Williams. Because the only comparison of reach I have seen on HBO's site is them stating that Williams reach is an inch longer than Wlad's (see link).

Of course it does...but what this arguement is about is that a fighter who is 3" taller AND has a 5" overall reach is only an inch longer from armpit to fist. Which is not true in this case.

You are misreading the point he was attempting to make (that Edison Miranda's reach is only an inch shorter than Williams...even tho his overall is 5" shorter). And therefore feeding into the insanity.

 

I'd love to see Pavlik really **** up Williams game plan and make him come forward and TAKE the title. All this **** that Pdub is going to box off his back foot and run all over the ring and make Pavlik chase him in vain. Do it Kelly. Make Pdub come forward in this one.

 

According to figures HBO has broadcasted on their "Tale of the Tape" before various fights, Pavlik's arms are 1" shorter than Miranda's. Pavlik is 5" taller than Miranda who has freakishly long arms. Pavlik's arms are also 1" shorter that PW's. Overall reach is misleading. It does not equate to height or arm length. I gave you a perfect example (Bute/Zuniga have the same reach) but you just accused me of changing the argument.

 

I think that Pavlik is going to get pounded by Williams.
Pavlik will eat five to try to land one this is Williams fight to lose.
If Williams does what he does best Pavlik is in for another embarrassing night.
