    Pacquiaos BIGGEST WINS -
    Barrera (not in his prime)
    - Marquez twice (which I thought he lost both times)
    - De-la-Hoya - (seriously weight drained)
    - Ricky Hatton (not the same after Mayweather)

De la hoya has beaten JUST TO NAME A FEW
    - Cesar Chavez TWICE - (in his prime)
    Pernell Whitaker- (in his prime)
    Fernando Vargas (in his prime)

People always say oh pacquiao is the man the greatest blah bah blah, hes beaten fighters all past there prime - lets see him in there with an established world champion who doesn't have to drop 4lbs to accomodate him (yes Cotto)

IMO - Pacquiao wont beat Mayweather

So go ahead, slate me - say shut up newbie or whatever, everything Ive said is a FACT

Pac-man may go on to move above Oscar, he is a great fighter no doubt about it and hes got the potantial, but at the moment - no!

I listed more than Vargas and Mayorga (see post 24). Then also take into account Pac's loss to Morales, dropping Marquez 3 times in the first round and losing the lead to a draw, his earlier losses. They both have blemishes.

    UliUli 1, Harrison 0.

But Manny easily leapfrogs Oscar if he beats Cotto and Mayweather.

    Pacquiao comfortably.

It's all very well having 'names' on your resume, and I do love De La Hoya's competition, but overall I don't think his wins and achivements amount to Pacquiao's.

Yeah and he avenged both of the Morales and JMM blemishes. DLH only tried to rematch Mosely after Shane looked like he was on the decline....and DLH still lost. He has never avenged any of his losses. This also hurts DLHs ATG ranking if you ask me.

HAHA. You see fit to declare a 28 year old Barrera past-prime (maybe so, slightly) yet you REALLY think Pea or Chavez were even remotely close to prime?

    Get off the Golden dick.

    Here's my Argument.

    Let's hear yours Dr. Harrison

Lets do a side by side comparison to Oscar De La Hoya, who I don't even have in the top 30, let alone top 20 or 25.

You really fail to realize that Whitaker is leagues above Morales and Quartey is leagues above Larios, especially the Morales Pac fought, infact, Pac lost to a past prime, shot Morales, that has to be taken into consideration.

Also Larios was way past his best and Quartey was in his prime. That is a fact.

A Prime Oscar towers over Morales and Larios, especially the one that Pac fought and lost too.

It's an undenialble fact that Morales lost to a past prime Barrera, and journey man Zahir Raheem before Pac was able to beat him.

Yeah, I'll look. I'll also look at where Mosley ranks right now, and how he looks compared to the ODLH that Pac beat. As for Hatton-Vargas, Vargas is leagues above Hatton, Vargas was naturally bigger than ODLH, and on steroids! Vargas' skills are leagues above Hatton's. Hatton makes Vargas look like Sugar Ray Leonard.

If you'd understand boxing, you wouldn't fail to realize why Vargas and Mosley in 2003 were harder fights that 2008 ODLH and 2009 Hatton.

He did exceptionally well in rounds 9 and 10. Have you even seen the fight??!! It was only Rds 11 and 12 where he got on his bike. Look ar how Pac did vs JMM for most of the rounds in their first fight.

That's how I know you're ignorant to boxing. Oscar moved up to fight Whitaker (P4P#2), Castillejo (WBC champ), Vargas was bigger, Trinidad was bigger, Mosley on roids was bigger, Miguel Angel Gonzalez was bigger, Ruelas was actually bigger, and Hopkins and Sturm were far beyond just bigger. Oscar took on the best all the time, that is something Pac CANNOT say (ALL THE TIME).

You truly never saw Oscar in his prime did you? A Prime Oscar was faster, his handspeed was compared to the Sugars, and his POP was devastating.

Hell, their KO % is about the same, the main difference being that ODLH fought much better opposition that Pac.

    THATS MY ARGUMENT.

Why do Oscar fans keep playing along with the pretense that Sweet Pea was prime? They happily include this without mentioning a damn thing, yet there is always a footnote on Pacquiao's wins over MAB/Morales.

He was past prime and Oscar still wound up looking like a clown for most of the fight.

You lose all credibility when you say Morales was SHOT in the first Pac fight. Nobody but an idiot would believe he was SHOT.

Avenging marquez is questionable - rematch was split. Also, he never avenged Torrecampo or Singsurat who both KOd him.

You're an idiot if you think he wasn't. Losing 5 out of his last 6 means he's done.

And he wouldn't have done the same thing practically to Manny? This is what a superior level of opposition produces sometimes, very ugly, awkward fights.

For the record I feel Oscar lost clearly to Quartey, but the judges felt otherwise. And his level of opposition is so much greater than Manny's TO DATE at least, that we're comparing Oscar Larios to Ike Quartey, and leaving wins like Vargas and Mayorga with no comparison.

Uli is right here. We still have to let Manny's career play itself out.
