he has almost 2 months before he fights cameron, so he should be able to drop 10+ pounds. as long as he's under 240, he'll be okay imo. he'd be best fit at 230 though (and was on his way there before his latest layoff).

Very good i would say 230 would be a great weight for him although i think Cameron is going down no matter what Tua shows up

The guy is heavily built but he's 5 foot 10 for Christs sake....he should be 220 at worst in my opinion.

How old is Tua now anyway, he must be about 37?

Far younger than Foreman was..... and lighter too hehehe

He is just a solid man....he looks in fine shape compared to Arreola to put it mildly. Tua doesn't appear to have too much fat left on him.

Tua's weight and stamina hasnt been a problem the last few fights, its just his power seemed a bit down, he didnt hurt Cisse Salif (glorified journeyman) one bit and seemed a bit wary of getting hit (understandable I guess lol)

248 is not bad for Tua at this stage. 8 weeks of serious training with Bloodworth
to come. Does Tua have one last run at the title at age 36? My reply is "Yes!"

Tua is the "Joshua Clottey" of 90's/00's HW's.
(or more like Joshua Clottey is the "Tua" of 00's WW's)

    Can't deliver.
@ 36, Don't look too good if he couldn't in his prime.
    (That said, good luck Tuaman)

    Tua is the "wilderness" man.

And it is high time he came back from the desert. He has what it takes.
