This is best answer so far that I would agree on. Not for anything else but Pac is definitely on top of Hoya by 20 notches.

I don't know how to answer this. I would say Oscar and Pac are both somewhere around the same level in atg ranking. I put my vote on Oscar as his carreer is over and it makes more sense to me than Pac who is still edging out his legacy. Pac's win over Oscar is suspect as hell but his win over Hatton makes up for it. The real question is will Cotto turn out to be Pac's BHop? I will reserve judgement on that. I think Pac takes Mayweather but I also think prime Hoya would have taken Mayweather.

can't see how Quartey was top10 p4p. He hadn't won a fight in nearly 2 years

Larios according to himself and most fight observers came in absolutely excellent shape and actually gave a solid account of himself despite being pretty much shut out

and you're saying Quartey is Oscar's biggest win? That was a controversial win against a guy whose best win is what? Vince Phillips? At least Larios beat Israel Vasquez

:good. JMMs having trouble finding sparring partners with PBFs style. JMMs just going to have to go Warrior on his ass

I would say Pacquiao as it stands but his career has not ended yet. I can see similarities between him stepping up to fight Cotto and Oscar against Hopkins. Lets see what happens after the next fight.

I've actually just bought Oscar career set and i'm looking forward to going through it. He fought alot of top fighters. But it's the defeats and the manner of the defeat against Hopkins that drags his ATG placing down.

No Way Uliuli rank pac around 100-90....It would be so ignorant to rank pac that low...

Pacman clearly. He will have a Greblike record when he retires.
