Okay these are my ten best so far this decade, I realise the decade is not over but I dont care. Forgive me for missing out the lower weights but I'm not as familiar with them as the others. Tell me where I'm wrong, tell me where I'm right or post your own, just dont be nasty or I'll have to abuse my cat and you wouldnt want that now would you?

    1. Manny Pacquiao
    2. Bernard Hopkins
    3. Floyd Mayweather
    4. Juan Manuel Marquez
    5. Joe Calzaghe
    6. Winky Wright
    7. Marco Antonio Barrera
    8. Israel Vazquez
    9. Shane Mosley
    10. Erik Morales

(I know alot of you are probably gonna rant about De la Hoya, Trinidad and Jones Jr but they were at their best in the 90s and should be on that list instead)

You are going to get bashed for having Joe Calzaghe in the top 5. Just a warning 95% of this forum hates him.

Good list. Apart from the clear top 3 the others are can be changed around. The two that stand out for me are Winky and Mosley.

Winky- I think you have him too high, no great wins over prime opponents in their best weight class (Mosley good win, outside of best weight/ Tito past prime, outside of best weight/ Quartey past prime, outside of best weight). His best result is the draw with Taylor.

Mosley- Not sure where he should rank in the 10. Great 1st win over ODLH, debatable 2nd (should have lost and Balco accusations), good wins over way past prime Vargas, struggled with past prime Mayorga (after both had already been snipered by Tito & ODLH), great win as underdog vs Margarito (before the fight not a lot of people thought Mosley would last 12 rounds, let alone win).

    Good list.

Only major issue is having Barrera and Morales two places apart.

Swap Morales and Vasquez, IMO - that'd be a better list.

Also, I agree Trinidad and De La Hoya did their best body of work in the 90's (despite having their best wins in the 00's).

    Why not?

    Winky certainly deserves a place.

Ok i think that is pretty much a decent list, but I would try and sneak miguel cotto in there, and the order could be shuffled, but hey its all opinions.

The only reason Calzaghe is not rated number 1 is boxing knowledge
