Being that Marquez is coming WAY up in weight, I would expect nothing less from Floyd. but he made similar comments before DLH and didn't do much, came out with a split decision and a busted eye.

let see if he is true to his word. he sould win no excuses.

 

This should be an interesting fight. If MAYWEATHER DOESN'T AT LEAST GET TO 90 PERCENT FORM I COULD SEE HIM LOSING THIS FIGHT. I know that Mayweather isn't a power puncher but I wonder how JMM will deal with his power since he's coming up in weight. Remember that he did go down three times against Pacquio. Even though he went on to a draw in that fight. It doesn't mean he'll survive the whole fight with Mayweather if Mayweather were to hurt him like Manny did. Still if Marquez doesn't get tagged he could win the fight on points.

I expect Floyd to win but I dont think the wright issue is the factor people are making out neither guy really relys on strength and Floyd has to get down to a weight he heasnt seen since the gatti fight , not easy after a layoff. I dont see it being an "exciting" fight particularly but it both guys are on form it could be something special in its own way

 

Then im gonna have to suggest that you pull up some old transcripts of his from previous fights. He talked it with Baldomir and Oscar. "They can go out on thier ass, or thier backs, or waving the white flag"

 

Thats exactly what im talking about. He didnt talk smack in this fight. Nothing but respect. He seems a little too respectful here. Either he really believes marquez could beat him or he is hiding something.

And he perfectly knows why people love Pacquiao.

 

Win or lose I always root for Marquez. This is a big task, nobody jumps 2-3 weight classes to face an in-prime undefeated fighter putting their whole career on the line. I have great respect and admiration for Marquez and Yes I'm hoping he can shut this Fraud's mouth.... even if all the odds are stacked against him.

Sorry, If Pacman couldn't do it, much less this Fraud. You think Marquez is gonna stand there and let Fraud hit him at will? He may be the much smaller guy but Pacman's punch is much bigger and more damaging than Frauds. Floyd's pot shotting will prove troublesome at times until Marquez figures him out.
