I think the following have some serious power in a p4p manner.

    David Haye
    Pac-Man
    Valero

It means exactly what it says. In boxing it's a measurement of overall skill not power. A smaller man with great skill can beat a bigger man with less skill. Pound for pound he is much better. You think that if someone punches much harder than the rest of the weight class that p4p he hits hardest. OK it's a valid argument. On other side of the coin science says that despite being less than twice the size of Juanma, Haye for example punches harder than several Juanmas put together.

I doubt it's Abraham but I don't remember anyone who is really a one-punch knock outer today. So it could still be him.

Haye ??? He isn't even the hardest puncher in his own weightclass. Brewster connects one right hand on Monte and that one goes to ICU.

This era is a weak era for punchers IMO. Not really any guys with one-shot KO power that have koed B+ fighters or higher.

p4p the hardest puncher today is Edison miranda. Started his career at 160, but punches like a cruiserweight.

    Abraham is a close 2nd.

    Haye

Pacman punches mainly with speed but when he sits down on his shots, he hits like a hammer, jus ask ol ricky.

p4p means how good or in this case strong (or hard hitting they are for their weight. For instance, the p4p strongest man in the world is not the strongest man in the world. If you have a 120 pound guy that can bench press 300 pounds, and you have a 200 pound guy that can bench 350 pounds, the 120 pound guy is stronger p4p, even though the 200 pound guy can lift more. You understand?

Care to explain? I'm humbled and plead my ignorance on the subject. I thought it was mostly skill with a sprinkling of power, chin, size/weight and a few intangibles. But I'm clearly wrong. What is P4P? Pretty please?

IDK all time I think I'd have to say Tyson (even though he was a heavyweight) because he was a pretty small heavyweight yet hit harder than any heavyweight in history IMO.

Genius you just made the same argument as me when I explained why P4P hardest hitting favors the bigger boxers
