I have a former body building champion friend who used to gain massive amounts of weight inbetween competitions and then lose it quickly before shows and looked 100% lean and mean, but eventually it took its toll. He had a lot of health complications and eventually had to retire from competition body building. Same applies to any sport or even general health. It isn't good to fluctuate that much in weight over short periods of time. It ruined my man Bowe's career.
man, Vitali really looks old.... aproaching Brett Favre's territory haha... still rooting for him, go Klychko
Not to mention the effects are even worse when getting punched is part of your job, instead of lifting weights and oiling up.
Not entirely true,Lewis stopped him Somebody posted here that Arreola was pushing 300lbs and they probably weren't far off.He could easily be down at 225-230 IMO
Although I think Arreola will get demolished I love the way he looks he has those native american traits that give him that Warrior look This content is protected
Byrd stopped him too, don't forget that :deal I don't know about Arreolas chances in the fight but he doesn't look anything like 300lbs to me, more like around 260.
I really do want Arreola to pull this off, he's defitnely the best puncher Vitali has faced since coming out of retirement.
:yepThe post I quoted said only Byrd had stopped Vitali:nonoI guess it is still too painful for some to come to terms with There was a picture posted here not long back,I didn't get to see it but apparently he looked huge. Not sure when it'd have been taken.Really though,260 is too high for him even now.Grotesque infact:verysad
