What do you guys think about the IBO championship belt? Amongst their champs include pacman and wlad. They're are involved with a few big time fights because of these two guys.

I can't see how having another sanctioning body become a "major" championship belt will help boxing right now. To be honest I'm more inclined to accept the Ring championship as more legit.

Nah, they're just another parasitic organisation who try and take some kind of moral high ground because they have computer ratings. Still doesn't stop them sanctioning dog **** fights for their belt. They need to be ignored just like the WBU/WBO/IBU etc.

Dont be fooled that these guys are trying ot be more just than the other organizations because the second we accept their legitimacy, they'll be as corrupt if not more than the other 4 sanctions.

As long as the big three and The Ring don't recognise the IBO then they'll always be a minor organisation. That's the way it should be.

I've noticed that a lot of Australian fighters are fighting for the IBO title these days.

Aren't they planning on sanctioning the possible RJJ-Green fight for their Cruiserweight title? Doesn't that make a mockery of their "fair and honest" ranking system?

I thought they were gaining a little credibility but if they did become a force (as if we need another major sanctioning body) I've no doubt they would sink to the same murky depths of corruption as the others.

With how little respect I have for the WBA, I can just about picture the IBO taking their place!

Yes. I agree. WBA is ****. Apart from The Ring which means being the real champ, I respect the most IBF and WBO belts.

They've never ranked Jennings and Lockett number one. They're all **** but the WBO are particularly bad.

The IBO is NOT a legit world title in my eyes, even though we do get some high profile IBOtitle fights... But if Roy goes to Cruiser and wins the IBO title I will not cpnsider it the same as i do his 160, 168, 175 titles..
