Holyfield's game plan to neutralize come forward style by moving lateral or backing him up.

BHOP and PBF are the masters of gameplans...they are both so sound and very disciplined....PBF judah was a good example...zab looked ok in rd 1-3 but PBF just stuck to his plan and took him apart...bhop is just a master planner

Calzaghe wasn't great because of his gameplans, he was great because he was able to adapt and find the opponents weaknesses during the fight. Case and point are the Hopkins and Jones fight where he was knocked down in the first round of both fights, then made adjustments to come back and win.

Everyone is going to bring up textbook boxers in this thread, but I'm giving Mayorga a shout for drawing Forrest into a firefight in their first go round. It was exactly the kind of fight he needed it to be, and he finished it in style.

Pretty much all clinics are the product of perfect gameplans executed perfectly.

JMM always has the perfect plan against Pac. People think you should outbox Pac but the way to beat him is like Nacho always plans which is pressure him and counter his aggression and also ducking underneath that left hand not backing up straight. That right there is the guide to beating Pac.
I dont understand why Pacs opponents dont follow that plan instead of trying to all impose their size on him. That as we know gets you knocked out.

Ward-Miranda comes to mind...Ward implied his gameplan to perfection.

    Mosley - MArgo.

Richardson was on point like a sniper and Mosley executed perfectly.

 That was the best line. What was funny was when Jim asked Steward what it meant and he just laughs and says i have no clue. (LIke he don't got no swag and never heard slang in that urban detroit gym) Then Merchant answered the question for him

    Priceless.

Remember Bouie in the Hoya fight? It was somewhere in the middle rounds, and Oscar got off basically his only flurry in the entire fight to end the round. Hopkins goes back to his corner and Bouie was absolutely heated.

"What are you doing man? The apple don't fall far from the tree! Roll out, come right back, roll out, come right back!" That man was OLD school.

B-Hop almost always executes perfectly. Love him or hate him, he knows how to fight.
