    LOL

We all know this Marcobretti guy is the biggest Kessler hater on ESB.

Why he hates Kessler so much - noone knows, but Just take this thread as a view into a sick and tormented soul.

The belt is defined by the holder, so no paper belt here it's Kessler for god damn sake!

he's like that all the time. very laid back and approachable.
first time i met kessler was in a jack and jones store, a PR session. i took my friend's little boy along (he was about 6 and refused to shake his hand or talk to him).

other people there were just danish fans and not clued into boxing but we got talking (this is before the calzaghe fight was made). we hit it off and had a good chat.

i have a solid amateur background so we talked about the calzaghe fight and then boxing in general for a bit.

    hes a straight up guy.

lol im not a Kessler hater!! im just not one of the beleivers that he is some P4P contender hes barely top 30!

hes a good fighter and is a decent belt holder ....nothing on his resume suggests otherwise. Jones at this stage is a decent fighter but deffo not P4P like he used to be.

Thats what makes it a good matchup, I just think fighters like Kessler would play into Jones hand hes to 1 dimesnional.

Calzaghe is one awkward mofo, he would have been a problem for Jones at anytime but from Prime Jones, where I think Jones was still a very legiit puncher. You need to be extremely strong to fend of someone like Joe or be an extremely hard puncher.....Jones was both Pre RUiz

i dont believe you're a kessler hater from your posts here - but i dont agree that being a strong puncher is a the key to foiling calzaghe.

i think calzaghe is a special fighter, which makes it all the more frustrating considering his career moves, but i dont think he would have beaten either hopkins and certainly not jones in their prime.

the points you make about kessler are legitimate.

That's exactly how he comes across on TV. It's not too late for him to become a crossover star. He's got all the right qualities both as a fighter and as a person to make the transition.

he does. but is signing for sauerland a short term solution?

the tournament is a good thing for kessler without doubt, but if he doesnt impress hes in trouble.

No it was about the WBA belt ! and even if the WBA is **** nobody doubts that Kessler is the man at 168, apart from Marcoberitty or what ever ( Froch lover ) his name is !

this version of jones would ko froch.

a fighter with average power in taylor floored him. A fighter like jones would take him out. frochs chin is overrated as hell
