How big a favorite would you make RJJ over Pavlik now?

After today's fight it seems that RJJ finally has gotten down in weigfht again and it getting some speed and movement together. I really hope he doesn't move to CW and destroy the whole thing once again.

The weight thing almost destroyed him for good.

If they fought at 168 how big a favorite would you make RJJ?

 

Probably about 70-30?

 

The best thing is Pavlik would probably be a big favourite giving us the chance to make some money :good

RJJ's legs are dead and gone. He can't deal with aggressive fighters any more. Calzaghe backed him up with EASE.

That said, he probably has Pavlik's number stylistically.

 

At 168 i would make Pavlik my favourite .

However bearing in mind how badly Pavlik looked @LHW , and the recent ressurection of Mr Jones Jr @168 this fight is huge .

Jones however would never fight again effectiveley @168 so the fight would for certain be @175 .

 

It probably would. However, while 168 is Pavlik's real division, I think 175 is too big for now. Pavlik has the build for 175, but will need time to fill into it. time that Roy does not have.

 

Pavlik's real division is 160 why ????

Because thats where his physical advantage is most prominent , he is huge for the weight and imposes his size advantage best @160 , the only reason Pavlik would move to 168 is if good fights present themselves .

If Pavlik's true weight was 168 he would be part of the super 6 although you have to question Bob Arum's envolvement in that exclusion .

Pavlik was exposed by Hopkins @175 that is a bad weight class for Pavlik period !!!!!

 

Pavlik would knock Jones cold.
