    ignore haters.

Thank you for this. I'm going to take this up in light of your suggestion; I've had issues with my knees recently.

    christ...............

when i looked at the thread title i thought this was some kind of joke or as the brits say, "taking the ****". it's not such a shocking revelation though, especially when you look at the spare tire around his waste.

Arreola is going to be schooled. He bad mouths Haye simply because Haye hammered him in the amatuers. He's going to take a horrible beating and i hope he doesnt get too hurt.

Arreola's gotten in shape the way James Toney has then, lots of sparring and actual gym work. But I'm surprised at Arreola not running, I wonder if he didn't run in the amateurs either?

    Arreola is a true "heavyweight":yep

As a professioanl athlete i find Arreola pathetic. He needs to be around the 220-240 range to have a greater chance to upset Vitali.

Im expecting at least 260. He is going to come into the fight at the heaviest weight of his career, like every other Vitali opponent, and then get his ass handed to him in a one sided power shot beatdown.
