You guys will be surprised how much weight a 275+ person can lose in a month.

If Chris's camp is completely focused with dieting, with all that muscle already intact Arreola could get to 220 maybe less by fight night but again that is just dieting and not training.

People wonder how the Klitschkos can dominate? Sam Peter is the same lazy way. The whole division is a disgrace. Maybe Arreola will find out hes really a middleweight after this training camp. Fat f*ck.

You have absolutely got to be kidding me...

I've played Football, and I've Wrestled, and I have Boxed.

The shape you have to be in to play Football (I boxed as a Heavyweight) was nothing compared to what you had to be in for Boxing or Wrestling. The Cardio involved with Boxing and Wrestling was 50x harder than football practice or a game ever thought about being, especially as a lineman.

As a lineman you go all out for 20 seconds then take a 40 second break. You do that 3-12 times and then the Defense is on the field.

As a wrestler you go all out for 3 minutes then take a 30 second break then go for 3 minutes then take a 30 second break then go for 3 minutes then you're done.

As a boxer you go all out for 3 minutes then take a 60 second break, usually 4-6 times in amateur fights.

It's a completely different type of "in shape," and you would laugh your ass off to see a defensive or offensive lineman try to work out with some of these boxers, except maybe fat ass Chris "Oreo"-La.

It's bull**** propaganda, plain and simple. There's older video of Arreola training (which has aired on HBO) showing him doing roadwork and core work. Dude just eats too much.

Maybe instead of jogging, they just take him to the top of a handy hill and roll.

This is unbelievable really. I've never heard of a boxer on his level who didn't do road work. Atleast we know Chris is finally going to take training serious. I wish him the best.

Any one of those "fat" lineman would destroy you in a foot race, though.

This is true. They had an episode of "Toughman" where pro NFL players fought against pro wrestlers (the fake kind of wrestling) The pro wrestlers beat the crap out of the pro footballers because the big fat guys had no stamina. I know toughman is not high level boxing, but it did show what crap stamina those big linebackers have. They are built for what they do, but they can't do it for too long or tehy will gas out.
