Only way it happens is if Arreola comes out extremely aggressive and jumps on Vitali at the start of the bell. He has to swarm him fast and hard and hope he doesnt blow his load, and is able to stop him by the 3rd round.

If it goes past the 3rd and he gives vitali time to feel him out and assert his jab then its game over, and Vitali ruins Arreola's face.

    Anyone disagree?

I agree, Arreola should just go in there and go for broke, he has no other choice really. If he waits in there it will be Danny Williams and Peter all over again. Arreola got to make the most out of it.

even if he does go all out and fights at the fastest pace he can manage, vitali will still be able to move in and out of range at points, then start landing bombs. i don't think the difference in speed between vitali and arreola is enough for arreola to get away with this. vitali moves out of reach too quickly

plus, this isn't wlad we are talking about- arreola can land huge shots on vitali in theory, but it won't necessarily hurt him

Perhaps Vitali is getting too much credit here, and Arreola not enough?
The general consensus seems to be that Vitali is so superior that a relentless attack by Arreola is his only option for victory?
Morbid obesity aside, Arreola puts his punches together well. Short, accurate, quick 3 or 4 punch combinations that do damage. When Vitali puts out that long left, which is more of a range finder than a snapping punch, Arreola could beat him to the punch. Don't forget, Viatli's getting up there in age, and he's been injured a lot. Fat as he may be, Arreola is younger, quicker, fresher. I wouldn't be shocked if Arreola pulls this one off, but apparently everyone else would be.

Exactly, the Klits LOVE to set the pace of their fights, Arreola has to rush him and make him feel his power. But honestly I dont see him beating Vitali at this point in his career.

Arreola always had one chance. He has to get inside and brawl with Vitali and make him fight. He cant do a Sam Peter and languish on the outside. He has to make it a fight. Hes not going to win a boxing contest. He has to come in shape and be able to bring pressure for the whole fight and not get hit so much. Easier said than done, but hes a young guy that has that style. Peter actually boxes a lot more than Arreola so this will be the first time he fights a guy that doesnt do anything more than brawl.
If he can take away the distance Vitali could be in a fire fight.

I definitely agree. That's his only shot. But I think it's definitely possible for him to accomplish that.

Arreola can do that, but, the problem is that his defense is not very good. And against a guy like Vitali, he will make u pay for it.

each round the fight goes it lessens Arreola's chances of winning.
