PAC is a top 20 ATG in not only that "Clowns" head but in the heads and minds of many established and respected boxing "experts". Based on what Manny has done and to whom he's pretty high on the list of ATG's. And he's not even retired. Once he retires he'll be viewed probably even better.

 

Pac isn't top 20 anything..much less ATG.:deal

 

How could Marquez lie? He and Pac went life and death with each other twice. And pac is now known as the p4p king. Marquez may not have a good resume but fighting pac like that is enough to say he did fought ome of the best.

 

You're right he's not a top 20 anything. He's #1 P4P and #1 in his profession at the moment. Where he ranks as a ATG is un-clear at the moment but most experts have him within the top 20. I think he's 28 or 29 without much debate.
