    Define most dominant?

GSP or Anderson probably though. Although BJ did a job on Florian.

The one who has just destroyed all his challengers. For me it's gotta be anderson silva.

Anderson Silva. I would say GSP if it wasn't for the Serra loss. Regardless of whether it was a fluke or GSP was not there mentally a loss is a loss.

Machida just became champion, and hasn't yet defended. Why is he even in this poll?

just cuz his a champ. i know he has a tough fight against shogun next but from what i've seen from machida he could dominate his division better than silva dominating 185. So far i haven't seen anybody give machida that much trouble. Ortiz got him in a triangle but he got out of it pretty quick.

That's cool, but you didn't ask who was a dominating fighter; you asked who was a dominating champion. Machida's only a rookie beltholder right now. :good Arguably Brock doesn't really belong up there either (yet), even though he avenged his only loss in his first defense.

yea i voted for silva also but i could understand if you pick gsp cuz he has been dominant lately. Hughes-Serra-Fitch-Penn-Alves all got dominated.

Silva has had it the longest and never lost it.

Although BJ has been the best lightweight in the world for a longer time.

yea true since ufc didn't have a lightweight champ for a while, bj couldn't fight for the title. He probably could have been the longest champ if they kept the lightweight title.

I guess since the question is Champion it has to be Anderson Silva. BJs a dominant Champion at 155 but it took him a 3rd try at that belt to win it, I know the 2nd Uno and 1st Pulver fight where years ago but they both still happened. Lesnar only has won defense in the weakest divison, Machida is the most dominant fighter IMO but no title defenses, GSP if it wasnt for the Serra loss would have this but he still lost that title before. Now where with Silva his track record as Champ is flawless he takes on the current dominant Champ Rich Franklin and rapes him and to prove it was no fluke he did it agian and to be honest he KOed him twice in the rematch as Rich was out at the end of 1. He made Nate Marquardt arguablly the 2nd best Middleweight out there right now look like a complete joke. Runs threw Hendo to unify the belts, who has rocked Hendo and submitted him like that ? Silva had Hendo more hurt then anyone ive ever seen.
