Warren Sapp would outrun 99% of the people on this board in a 40-yard dash... Guaranteed.

It's funny how people try to talk **** about the athleticism of NFL players, and always refer to the Offensive lineman.

    Try a Linebacker or Runningback

Those guys are athletic. Even the fat linemen are great at what they do. But, stamina is not their game. Much like a figure skater would not be able to stop a 300lb tackle from charging, a football guy could not go 12 rounds.

He should not run for this fight. It might hurt his game.

So 27 fights into his career, he's only just worked out he needs to do roadwork and not eat like a ****ing pig?

What a twat. I hate Klitschko but at least he keeps himself in shape and works hard in the gym. I hope he KO's that fat hoe.

Thats is physiologically impossible, not unless Chris gets stranded on a island with a flat of water bottles. Thats more than a pound a day. The body can lose MAXIMUM 2 pounds of fat a week while retaining muscle.

Beyond that, its nothing but water and muscle being burned off.

The 12 pounds in two weeks hype you hear about is when a person that has NEVER exercised starts an every day training and eating program and their body will burn off ridiculous amounts to fat due to the unaccustomed energy expenditure and drastic drop in caloric intake.

After 2 weeks, the body will typically adapt, and 2 pounds becomes the most that you could typically burn off of just fat.

Fear - fear can get the best out in people.

We will probably see the best possible Arreola come into this biggest fight of his life.

Douglas trained like a madman for Tyson out of fear. Usually Douglas was somewhat lazy.
