i used to go spar other clubs....went Stowe abc sparred some lads there then sparred my old club Rosehill abc and enjoyed it. It's fresh and you meet new people and get a feel for different styles and it can only help. Only thing is make sure your trainer is strict and firm...Stowe took **** asking me to wear these worn out gloves my trainer accepted and i was struggling badly with them but i learned to get on with it...can't have it all your own way.

I sparred many different lads some small some tall and all different styles and also bigger ring as well which made me realise i can't just walk people down and destroy i have to box as well.
