Not at all. I haven't ever called Duran a "myth". His win in Montrael one of the greatest wins in Boxing history all things considered.

You however have called Sugar Ray Leonard, who has one of the best resumes in the last 50 years, a myth? How so? He stopped Benitez, he stopped Hearns, and he even stopped Duran? Give credit where it's due, your just bitter that he went 2-1 over the godlike figure, Duran.

I find you amusing. Some of your points are well received. Are you this passionate in life in all that you do?

Just to clear something up. At his very best Leonard was exceptional and great....but mixed-in with that his actions and decisions post-Hearns strongly suggest that he was also a "houdini" of sorts in that he let everybody else....Duran, Hearns, Hagler...fight the tough bouts...even McCallum, Curry and Starling...when HE should have been doing the work that a guy like Robinson would have been doing.

There IS some "smoke and mirrors" re the legend of Ray Leonard as far as I am concerned. His "retirement" in 1982 has NEVER sat well with me.

I'd take Hearns on points, although it's hard to bet against Leonard.

In their two fights I think it was clearly showed that Hearns would always struggle to survive 15 rounds with Leonard. He didn't in the first and wouldn't have in the rematch. But it was also clear that Leonard would also always have a hard time to win over 12. So 15 Leonard wins, 12 Hearns does.

On a sidenote; why do Duran cocksuckers always come out on Leonard threads like loonies on a full moon? Should be enough Manos de Piedra-posters for them to whack off to to pass the time.

You're surely not. You should take pride in being a very level headed Duran fan and a very good poster. 'Cause don't get me wrong, there's ample reason to admire him as a fighter. It just goes to such strange lengths for many.
