I'd be fine if the "Bogeyman" needed a good ****, wouldn't i? Bit of stick n' move and he'd eventually be running off into the night
Not at all. I haven't ever called Duran a "myth". His win in Montrael one of the greatest wins in Boxing history all things considered. You however have called Sugar Ray Leonard, who has one of the best resumes in the last 50 years, a myth? How so? He stopped Benitez, he stopped Hearns, and he even stopped Duran? Give credit where it's due, your just bitter that he went 2-1 over the godlike figure, Duran.
Oh i dunno about that:huh I should be meeting him in october & getting him 2 sign some fight posters for me, Montreal & the er-hem-er that one in New Orleans & i'll be chargeing top ruinous £££/$$$ for that one for the SugarBarbieDoll mug/bitches that attend. I know the feller who's bringing him over & he's said if i want i can have breakie with him & Leonard after one of the Q/A shows, so believe me at my age i'am a well polished diamond HYPOCRITE & i'll be bowing & gushing in fine style oooouzzzzinger head bowing comp's:barf 2 the master of deception & throwing in choice tit bits such as my son being his biggest fan ect:barf much 2 my shame his is:fire then after we have dined & he's finished signing i shall rise forth from the table & give the **** one ALMIGHTY SLAP & send him on his way YEAH YEAH ****in YEAH :bbb
I'am not stopping YOU calling Duran a "myth" please fell free:yep go ahead & get yerself laughed off ESB:rofl & as far as stopping Duran well that's an absolute 1st class SHITE statement & i'am not bothered about this 2/1 crap as what's most importent is that "In your own words This content is protected when the he beat leonard fair & square & yes you're correct again in Duran being a God like figure compared 2 Leonard as whenever Duran appears at a fight the whole house errupts with applause & cheering, i wonder WHY:huh You should'nt be going on about Duran you should be replying too This content is protected post who has put the blind & deluded too the test:smoke
I find you amusing. Some of your points are well received. Are you this passionate in life in all that you do?
Just to clear something up. At his very best Leonard was exceptional and great....but mixed-in with that his actions and decisions post-Hearns strongly suggest that he was also a "houdini" of sorts in that he let everybody else....Duran, Hearns, Hagler...fight the tough bouts...even McCallum, Curry and Starling...when HE should have been doing the work that a guy like Robinson would have been doing. There IS some "smoke and mirrors" re the legend of Ray Leonard as far as I am concerned. His "retirement" in 1982 has NEVER sat well with me.
Yeh, big time I'am true too myself "If you ai'nt passionate in life in all that you do" then you're just an oxygen thievin/tax paying/teetotal/ESB box rec stat-hound & you should do whats decent & hand over yer organs for transplanting into a more deserving person:smoke
In their two fights I think it was clearly showed that Hearns would always struggle to survive 15 rounds with Leonard. He didn't in the first and wouldn't have in the rematch. But it was also clear that Leonard would also always have a hard time to win over 12. So 15 Leonard wins, 12 Hearns does.
On a sidenote; why do Duran cocksuckers always come out on Leonard threads like loonies on a full moon? Should be enough Manos de Piedra-posters for them to whack off to to pass the time.
You're surely not. You should take pride in being a very level headed Duran fan and a very good poster. 'Cause don't get me wrong, there's ample reason to admire him as a fighter. It just goes to such strange lengths for many.
