You're on, and I'll up the ante. When the fight happens, if PW lasts more than 8 rounds, I'll disappear for one year. After Pavlik stops Wiliams in under 8 rounds, you take 3 months off!

If your personal preference is for PTP to be patient then that implies that you wish to see him fight Pavlik above all and so you should have voted for that option. Considering PTP can't get a decent fight as a welter and Pavlik represents a much bigger payday that anyone at 54 can offer, I don't see how this fight couldn't be in his best interest. Pavlik, in the eyes of many, is somewhat vulnerable at this stage of his career considering his loss to B-Hop and the alleged personal issues that he's recently been dealing with; so tell me why you believe that a postponement would be good for PTP when Pavlik could benefit with the extra time to get himself together.

Fight a stay busy fight. Julio Cesar Chavez did this all the time. Boxers have to get back to doing that imo...

It seems that he has purposely skipped over the 154 weight class because of the risk vs reward factor...I would like to see him fight Sergio Martinez before taking on the "ghost" at 160.

Martinez is an excellent fighter but he hasn't established himself as the class fighter of the division just as the rest of the 54's haven't been able to do so I understand why PTP may not view him and the others as attractive options. His agenda seemingly has been to fight against the "stars" which is something that the 154 lb division is lacking at the moment.
