It was reported that Floyd will be paid $15M for the JMM fight and JMM will get close to $4M (I estimated it at $3.75M considering a 80/20 split in favor of Floyd)...

PAC reported to get $12M and Cotto will get around $5M for their fight in November...

Who among Floyd, JMM, Cotto and PAC is the most overpaid and underperforming boxer?

VOTE in the poll and discuss...

Note: Tho I foresee this as a lopsided poll, I just want to see the actual votes...;)

its ok. things are into perpsective. PBF and pac being the main draw they should get more. JMM is ok with that amount with regards to fighting floyd's caliber. he took 30 K and opted for 750 K against pac so he should be okay :lol:

He's not boring to those who love the art of boxing. Infact the only 2 fights that could be considered boring that he's fought were DLH and Baldomir. Corley, Judah, Hatton, Chavez, ect ect were great.

You mean it takes more effort potshotting, running, and doing the art of boxing than slugging, going toe-to-toe, punishing your opponent?

Among the 4 boxers, Floyd has the least appreciated performance inside the ring...

But you agree Floyd is overpaid?? ;)

Thanks for proving how big a moron you are by not being up to date on Floyds career. Floyd has fought many different ways, different styles, largely depending on who he is in the ring against. Let me guess, you're a *******? And yeah it pretty much does take more effort to hit and not get hit then be a brawler. ANyone can be a brawler, nobody can do what Mayweather can.

Do you know who Demarcus Corley is? Jesus Chavez? Jose Luis Castillo? thought not, that would require that you've been following the sport for more then the amount of time Pacquiaos been on tv.

I dont believe any boxer is overpaid. Boxing is a sport where you could literally be killed any minute. I dont disparage any boxer for getting his cash.

Floyd is a 6 time champion in 5 wieght classes. He is also the only fighter to do that while remaining undefeated. He has also never even been knocked down.

At of those boxers on that list, it is quite clear he is the most accomplished.

Why doesnt he? If the fight does say 500,000, thats alot of revenue, and why wouldnt Floyd deserve the most of that?

$15M for a tuneup fight?? Are you serious?? Floyd fighting a smaller, older boxer where he has almost all the advantages... This is an almost "no sweat" for Floyd and then pay him $15M while the poor smaller, older guy gets only $3.75M ??

How's that?? Ohh because it's a tuneup fight for Floyd...

3.75 million is the most money JMM has ever received in his entire career by a larger margin. Mayweather will be the top bill, he will produce the majority of the revenue, thus he gets the most money. He is as he likes to say "his own boss". Everyone in Golden Boy promotions will be making money, it stands to reason Floyd will make the most.

If Manny Pacquiao wasnt under Arum, he would be getting as much as Mayweather aswell.
