That said, clearly they make a difference in the corner. If they are ringside and can see openings that their man hasn't noticed then they are more than useful, IMO. Boxing's just like any other sport in terms of having a gameplan and then adapting a strategy to whatever situation may unfiold. Silly move by Rogie, TBH- hope he sorts himself out with a new trainer and soon.
I can't see that this will help Rogan. I've been picking Sexton ever since the first fight and this only adds to the confidence of my pick. Sexton on points in the rematch.
I get impression Rogie is forgetting what's got him here. The way he fought in the last fight he didn't apply the pressure he should have and what is his best chance of winning. He wanted to try look a bit better on eye i think and lost early rounds and once he went back into his best style he had Sexton rocked within seconds. I don't like this seems like there may be a bit of a backstory to it then just leaving.
Sexton to win by KO/TKO at 7/1 is a great bet. Either way I don't see this going to the scorecards, one of them will be KO'd before 6 rounds imo.
There is still 7 weeks to go to this contest...... I think that whoever gets the big guns off in this contest wins..... I hope it is Rogie, but this would seem to be favouring Sexton right now.....it will defo be a great night in Belfast... I just hope that Rogie can do the business....:think
Correct me if Im wrong but I think Rogan lost the first few rounds because he tried to box. It was only when he returned to his street brawler style that he started to damage Sexton. I have a feeling he will do this from round one next time. Im booked and can't wait havent booked a hotel yet looking for somewhere very close to the venue. Anyone got any ideas.
Just the sort of preparation you need when you have big fight coming up! Could not have come at a worse time for Rogan! WTF is going on?
Ticket and flight sorted...gonna come out to Belfast in the Tuesday for the BunceLiveShow too...:good
