Why are Pac fans so quick to forget about the Morales loss?

Because pac has gotten better since that loss. Did you not watch the rematch? pac became the 1st man to TKO morales and then did it again in their 3rd fight. After that he went on to beat barrera again-marquez-diaz-delahoya and hatton.

He has look better in each of his last 3 fights going up in weight.

i don't think it's forgotten, just people don't hedge pac's current chances on his form in that fight as, and tons of people have said this before me, he has improved DRAMATICALLY

the fight isn't forgotten but if you're using that to gauge how well pac will do currently or rate him on that performance, you are mistaken because he's a vastly different fighter

Maybe because they've both changed as fighter, Pac is relevant and Morales is not!

I only bet against him in the DLH fight in Pac`s entire career, I have no agenda against the man, he is very exciting & a fine warrior, very very good for the sport.... a lot of his `fans` are dumb as **** tho, they partially ruin watching Pac for me... thats why I refer to them simply as pacfucs.

Probably because he dominates most of his opponents in spectacular fashion no matter what the circumstances are. He isn't unbeatable, but he is the truth as far as boxing is concerned.

Because pacquiao went on to stop morales twice. The only man ever to inflict that beating on EM. Also it doesnt take a genius to work out pacquiaos learning curve has been immense.

Because it was the only fight that Morales won out of his last 6 as a professional.

MP's chin is just OK at best, IMO.

That's why he's so compelling to watch.

He's not like a great defensive boxer or a fighter with a granite chin that already has won the majority of the rounds and you can already say

"He's got this win in the bag. No more problems"

and you get a bit bored, waiting for the final rounds to end, because he's in absolutely no danger to lose by a crazy KO.

I've seen him get really hurt numerous times since he became a big name fighter. I think his opponents just dont take advantage and follow up and attack him harder because they respect his punching power and they dont want to be careless.

He definitely has no granite chin.

A decent chin at best, and a good offensive game protects him from KDs.

I tried that same logic on a few forums prior to his fight with Hatton. Looking at film from The Morales fight and Pacs last 3 fights though, he was improved ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe because of the vengeance and decisiveness with which Manny avenged that loss?

Morales won by a UD but Pac KOd him spectacularly in 2 consecutive fights. But Morales for sure is a great warrior.

Stop lying to us ok:lol:. JMM wasn't a ***** about their negotiations lol... He was only offered $100,000 raise for the E-Dap rematch where as E-Dap was going to receive how much of a raise lol... Second, EM losing to MAB before their third fight had nothing to do with EM going to lw and back down to rematch E-Dap. Stop lying to real boxing fans... EM nor MAB were not on top of their game when they fought E-Dap. They were still good, but far from the top of their game.
