How quickly the fight ends may depend on who the ref is. Hatton's clinching style if permitted could prolong the fight.

However, if the fight were today at 140 I would have to favor Marquez. He is more skilled, better conditioned (year round), and has a better chin. I expect a KO victory for Marquez. I dont see Hatton goin more than 9 rounds with JMM.

Hatton is all but done. The Hatton that beat Kostya is long gone.

I don't think JMM has the punching power to KO Hatton. He does have the skill to out point him. Hatton can KO JMM with his power punches. hmmm... Hatton by KO in the later round.

 

Floyd (who really has no power at WW) KO'd Hatton while stepping backwards, clearly it does not take that much power to KO Hatton. JMM has more than enough power to KO Hatton.
