The Glass Jaw of Roid Jones against the feather fists of Chad Dawson

Lacy is a guy that honestly scared the hell out of us British fans prior to him fighting Calzaghe. We were hearing reports out of America from guys like Teddy Atlas and Max Kellerman that Lacy was pretty much a SMW Mike Tyson. He was built like a CW. I was hoping the fight wouldnt happen because we were worried he was going to completely destroy Calzaghe. Lacy is a highly regarded well respected fighter.

 

Ummm, he won 1 round total against the three of them. Hell, he could only muster 7 rounds against Peter The Nose Manfredo. And he is a World Class Fighter?

Lacy is a good fighter...who will lose big to any great fighter out there.

 

Just because he looks intimidating and was knocking out cans doesnt mean he was ever good. He was lame then and he still is. Only difference is he isnt fighting cans anymore, and you see the results of it. To say he is world class just because he made u **** yourself is just plain wrong.

Well Dawson beat a shot Tarver twice. And Tarver shows more signs of being washed than Jones is. Tarver is just as shot as Lacy. Hell I'd take Jones over Dawson. And for you to say Jones has no chin, you have to kind of put Dawson as suspect atleast. Johnson knocked out Jones and nearly knocked Dawson also. I say Jones gives Dawson fits and can possibly take him to school.

His fists are beyond feather, probably of an unknown very soft matter that also covers British fighters chins. That is why they get knocked out so much :smoke
