Who has a better shot at winning by KO Pac or Mayweather?

i think Floyd has the better chance. He picks his punches very carefully not leaving himself open for any open shots that pac usually counters on most of his opponents. I think he wears pacquaio down late and stops him in the 10th or 11th

Winning % is stupid. The only reason you would even use that is to compare to an undefeated fighter(which is stupid).

Pac's KO ratio is close to Mayweathers. That's fact.
