He gets whatever he demands in his nest fight. Still champ at LW, he could get a title shot at 140 or even 147 if he wanted, tho I think WW is too high for him in the 1st place.
I get where you're coming from (especially about his age), but Pac in the US isn't exactly Brad Pitt, and it's rare that he'll put a coherent sentence together too. Besides, I've heard JMM speak English, and he's pretty good. Better than Pac even
pac culd not ko him he failed to do so twice b4 and my veiw on the fyts r marquez won both on points. cotto wuld not ko him either mosley the only person i feel culd ko him and cause problems. thats if and a big if he beat mayweather,i cant see that will make for very gd viewing tho.:good
In a perfect world yes. If he beats Mayweather he dose move one step closer to being the best ever out of Mexico.
you are a complete dumbass!!!!!!!!!! did you just call Marquez hype???atsch Someone ban this stupid ass. Mayweather is hype . Marquez earn his stripes the hard way..:bbb cotto and mosley will handily beat marquez, but damn u might as well throw him with the middle weights. Pac will never look good against marquez Marquez doesnt have to win against mayweather. the fact that he took that big of a challange is amazing. not hype. that would be the equivalent of mayweather moving up to fight arthur abraham. when mayweather does that then he'll have done a warriors move, till then he will always bore me to tears fighting the cherrys he picks
Marquez can speak English ... if he wins this fight ... then he should fight Erik Morales, beat him ... reign as lightweight champion till he retires and live off that. He definitely trumps anything Pac has done with a Mayweather win and he would be in demand ... I also think TopRank would want some of Marquez and he shouldn't budge.
If Marquez beats Mayweather, he'll try to get a fight with Pacquaio, probably at 140 for Pac's belt, assuming Pac beats Cotto. Before this move, Pacquaio had options such as Floyd and Mosley above Marquez to fight after Cotto, but if Marquez beats Floyd, it places him as the number one opponent for Pacquaio to face and also possibly puts Marquez as the number one P4P fighter above Pac.
If he beats Mayweather he needs to retire.. Defying such odds would place him right there with Morales and Barerra (if not above) nothing else to prove.. Be a hell of a way to end a career.. Especially for a guy 36
If he somehow beats Floyd, you can be damn sure there's going to be a rematch. Floyd would make sure to get a chance to avenge the loss and with another big pay day in order, I'm sure Marquez would oblige.
