Less than half of the tickets to UFC 102 have been purchased....

  1. I'm hearing rumors that they will be blocking PPV's within 20 miles of Portland to increase sales.....any truth to this?

Not that I really care, I haven't missed a PPV UFC event in years, but after the ridiculous prices and **** card, I'm boycotting it.

It sounds like something Dana would do. This economy is 2 bad and we just had a PPV 3 weeks ago so why do we need to pay 100 bucks in 3 weeks ?

The card looks ok to me. Maybe they should lower the prices out in the sticks.

With the UFC putting so many cards on, you can't expect every event to be 'stacked' - maybe they should call the lesser shows UFC Lite or something, I don't know. It still has numerous legends on it though, can't complain too much.

Although it certainly isn't ppv material, and I wouldn't pay for it. I'd go to see it live though if I was local.
