Golota has never been KO'ed except when he got iced by Lewis and Brewster, so how will Adamek KO the big man? Then you look at the poll and people are picking Adamek by KO, LOL.
You standing by Andrew too blindly ... Andrew have a huge arsenal of every possible ways to lose. The one which was not explored yet by anyone is the win on cuts ... so Adamek still has his chance for TKO. The interesting is why nobody give Adamek chances to actually outbox Golota :think
Adamek on points. There is also possible late KO due to Golota's injury. I cant see Andrew catching Adamek with huge clean shot. :tired
This seems an odd fight to me for Adamek unless it's strictly about the $$. If Adamek could get on his bike and employ a strict boxing style, he could possibly outbox Golota, but even an old Golota is a huge, strong Golota and Adamek is NOT a natural heavyweight.
it's gonna be a hard fight for both and beside money they've got nothing to gain. i can understand Andrew, coz he's almost 50 i'd like to see a draw but i guess it's nearly impossible...
Its a very good point. But there are some exceptions where figters which werent natural heavy beaceme HW's legends. For example Marciano and Holyfield. I want to say that I dont compare Adamek to Marciano or Holyfield, because they were boxers from different era and they both were very special. I only want to say that HW division expecting Klitsckos is very poor today. And we had an example of small Chambers beating big Dimitrenko. So everything is possible...
No ...... Adamek is no Lewis, no Tyson and no Brewster ... he is more Mike Mollo or Chris Byrd at most - depends if he try to brawl or box.
The Golota of 2009 might do the same and the Golota that fought Bowe could have destroyed any man on the planet. Trouble with Andrew is the mental aspect.
Plus, Adamek has never been one to stick and move or get on his bike. He's a seek & destroy type of fighter and he is not very difficult to hit. Golota is going to kill him.
We don't know yet. Adamek could be the next Holyfield. Look at Toney... he went from middleweight to boxing with titties against top 10 heavies.
