My kids are getting ready for their first fight next month so I purchased them their trunks. My little girl picked out long knee legnth short and my boy picked the old school look, above the knee.
They are having a dispute on socks now. My girl wants knee high socks with some sort of design on them, and my boy want traditional socks.
Do I get them what they want? I dont thik I ever saw a boxer with socks with a lightning bolt running up the side of them.

socks dont matter they can wear what ever they want for socks

then again apply your style sense, lighting bolt, not the best look IMO

Regular socks, it wont matter what they look like to your kid when shots are being thrown at them

I say let her wear whatever socks she wants. Don't want her going into the ring with any concerns about how she looks. If you pick the socks and she thinks she looks like a dork then that's one more thing on her mind.

Let them wear what they want as long as it is in the rules for it to be okey.

They are the ones fighting the fight it is their day.

There is some truth to that, but honestly I always felt at my best when I knew I had worked my ass off in the gym, didnt matter what color my socks where

I'm not saying the socks are important, but it's nice to build up your confidence
