Which of these groups have the best boxers

i may lean towards group A, but it's a ridiculously difficult question, group E is very very strong.

 

can't make a choice between a, e and g. alltough in g ali and monzon are what makes it a "great" group

According to my own pound-for-pound list it's got the #12, #1, #10 and #17.

 

I'm sure most will be sliding towards A, C, and G. But G had some of the most unstoppable fighters, so I pick G.

I consider my list to have been 'strong' (and have been backed up by many a poster for about two years) for a long time, the only omission being Langford who I kept out because of uncertainty issues. But since I hadn't revised it in a long time and didn't think of the hypocritical rating of Greb, I soon sorted it out.

Now the only people you are allowed to encourage as 'getting better' are the ones who are just starting to rid their lists of Julio Cesar Chavez and Alexis Arguello.

And yes, I can.

 

What's the matter? I suppose you think I'm up my own arse for that. No worse than saying 'yours is looking better' :good

 

But I really don't think it's up to you to say 'getting better' or 'not bad' or whatever. Because I find lots of things I disagree with about you and everyone else here; as long as someone has consistent logic then I think it's respectable. I'm allowed to believe Benny Leonard beat a better set of opponents than Willie Pep, just as I'm allowed to be that bit more uncertain about Harry Greb's newspaper decision wins and keep him from the #1 spot.
