    Yeah, but even in his 160-168 days when he was in shape, I don't think he was cut. He just doesn't have a "cut" physique due to genetics.

    He did look real big and muscular against Booker though.

    No, genetics also plays a major role. People that have have endomorphic body types will have a naturally higher percentage of adipose tissue from adolescence and will have stocky builds with generally propensity for thicker dermal layers, eg, they have thick skin and are less likely to look vascular

    Such people find it near impossible to be "ripped" as their body is simply not adaptive to burning off their natural fat cells or developing muscular hypertrophy

    If you watch some black porn you will notice that black bitches have alot of muscles and much better muscle definition compared to white bitches.....and neither of the bitches train in the gym so its obvious that genetics play a major role in looking cut.

    I disagree on JMM. He is always very ripped and in shape for his fights.

    I think Trinidad could be an example but at the higer weight classes. he seemed very ripped at 147.
