Freddy, way to keep it real. You're like the voice of reason on this fight.

And nice shirt, I'm from Arlington myself. Now that Romo kicked that ***** Jessica Simpson to the curb, the Boys should be going all the way this year.

116-112 Diaz was bull**** too. He didn't take 8 rounds, and the only reason that card's not brought up more is because of how blatant the 118-110 card is.

As I've said before, the signs that the screwjob was in were evident early because of how the ref handled the cuts for Diaz. For the first one, he asked the judges if they saw a headbutt, which he's not supposed to do. He has to make the call himself.

For the second cut, the ref did make a decision and called an accidental headbutt even though there was no headbutt. The only reason for this is that they wanted to give Juan a way out to still win the fight (via TD) if the cuts wouldn't allow him to continue.

Warning Paulie for pushing Diaz off with his forearms was a nice touch to make it harder for Malignaggi to keep Diaz off of him.

:good top video i couldn't agree more on everything from the fights to boxing is dying crap to the fact that Kellermen was like Paulies #1 fan. Diaz gets a compliment for a good combination he interupts and says ''Bob Paulie to hit Diaz 5 times before that'' i re-winded back to see Paulie miss with 3 shots. It was pathetic commentary on Saturday.

I think in some ways Paulie has come out of this really well. He's won new fans...he spoke a lot of truthful words...he boxed well and will imo get another high profile fight of the back of this fight.

Freddy the mustache has gotta go.

Looking like Alfredo Angulo is NOT a positive.

But good video, I thought it was pretty good.

I also feel the 116-112 scorecard was very wide. No more than a two point swing either way and the judges did their job properly, but the 118-110 and 116-112 scorecards are suspect. We should all sit down with those judges and re- score the fight. My guess is that they cannot justify either of their scorecards upon second viewing. What do you reckon?

    What was your scorecard?

Max Kellermen was just trying to counteract the overzealous Houston crowd who would cheer off the rafters every time Juan Diaz let his hands go.

 Problem with that is he's payed to do an unbiased job..where as they pay to shout and scream for who they like. He was so blatant with it..it was getting stupid.

I think by counteracting the Houston crowd, he was in effect making the whole scenario more neutral. The crowd were commentating on behalf of the panel when it concerned Juan Diaz, but when Paulie scores shots, and the crowd goes mute, it's important for Kellerman to say, "Sure, the crowd went silent, but shots were scored guys". In any event, even with the audio turned down, I can clearly see Paulie throwing shots, and landing his jab, with Juan Diaz stalking and not doing a whole lot of throwing.

Oh i see what you mean :good. Yeah i agree on that. People and even Judges can be influenced by that and even commentators can influence peoples scorecards. What i didn't like was when Juan would land 3 clear shots Bob would praise Juan's work which he should do and Max would pretend Paulie landed 5 shots just before when he never. He went a bit to far with it in the end and it made me happy Juan won.

I can meet you half way on this issue. It did seem strange to me that Max always felt the need to bring up some imaginary work Paulie did when Diaz was getting some decent work done. No argument here.

:good i do know what you mean the Diaz crowd did get overly excited about anything he did. While watching fight when he said about the crowd influencing the judges and viewers i did nod cos he is right. There's many people out there that get influenced by crowd noise. They do say a good crowd can win fights.
