Mills Lane, Carlos Padilla and Arthur Mercante, except for his allowing of Foreman's wrestling tactics against Frazier without a penalty.

He's a good mention. Frank Cappuccino was a very good ref too. When he announced his retirement he said "I realized that I was worrying about my bad leg more than the fighters, and that's when I knew it was time to stop being a referee."

That is pure class and being very responsible.

I always liked the following refs mainly due them just letting the fighters fight and not trying to make themselves the center of attention like so many referees nowadays do.

    Harry Gibbs
    Larry Rozadilla
    Dick Young
    Isaac Herrera
    Octavio Meyran
    Stanley Christodolou
    Frank Cappucino
    Paul Venti
    Mark Conn
    Tommy Hart
    Mercante Snr.

No Mills Lane? He would let guys fight and work their way out of things.
