i'd replace your 'another "big" 3' with 'another big 4' , cotto included. but i prefer that fight being cancelled. why drain cotto just to damage both him and pac further , and after that , if pac wins - cotto's side will claim it's because cotto was too drained and maybe also that the margacheato fight affected him - all of this true. if cotto wins , pac's side will claim it's because of the size factor - this also true. and maybe in each case each side will have other reasons , which maybe true. i think pac-cotto at 147 is unfair towards pac , and below , it's unfair towards both , i don't know against who it will be more unfair. if floyd beats pac it doesn't show much in p4p perspective , because pac is no more than 135 really. he is no more than a small 140 for sure. floyd is bigger than that for sure - not a small 140 nowadays , even if he can make 140.so floyd is bigger than pac and if he defeats him it doesn't show much p4p. against their common oposition pac has done much better to this moment. and even if floyd wins marquez on points , i still say the same , because then those who claim floyd 'cooked' dlh and hatton for pac will have to aknowledge that pac 'cooked' marquez for floyd. if dlh and hatton were 'shot' when pac fought them , then so is marquez when floyd fights him.
Pac will be thoroughly outboxed by PBF when the two meet. First he has no jab and you can't beat a defensive wizard like PBF without one. Second is the reach he will have to come in against a guy with longer arms just as fast hand speed and is the best counter-puncher in the game. I expect PBF to beat Pac from the outside and on the inside when they meet. PBF will put on a clinic and people will be in dismay when he makes Manny look average. PBF was P4P #1 for a reason while both were active.:deal
First off no one 147 and down would slaughter PBF he's too good defensively for that to happen.:deal So get that out of your head dumbass. Pac lacks the complete game needed to beat PBF primarily a good jab. He also makes a lot of mistakes in that he comes in wild with his head down off balanced, he can't fight going backwards or on the inside. Pac is overmatched here but your irrational hate for PBF prevents you from seeing it. PBF holds the clear stylistic advantage here fool.:hi:
how? by coming forward in straight lines, just jab, jab, jab and by the 7th round would tire out and stop jabbing? didn't you even know that it was the floyd-oscar fight that roach knew that even a superfeatherweight pac had the capacity to beat that version of oscar that floyd fought?
:nut Never knocked down, never defeated, the best compubox hit to not get hit ratio since the system was produced, beating out the likes of Whitaker and Roy Jones, 6 belts in 5 weight classes, What pray tell is the hype? Hype means something that is not real. Floyds record speaks for itself.
whitaker and jones fought well beyond their prime take jones in the calzaghe fight - what the hell you think that fight alone did to his overall ratio????? out of curiosity do you actually believe Floyd would have beaten Sweet Pea?
Mayweather is way to good to be blown away and on Pac he is a fantastic fighter and has looked better against the 2 opponents the 2 have in common but as has been stressed already this was after flyod had got to them and DLH was weight drained to **** against Pac and well well... past his prime and in my view Hatton was on the decline 2 ( not to say either way result would be different thow Prime Hatton i beleve would have made a much closer fight of it ) If and when these guy's square off im takin Mayweather by a clear UD
This statistics were compiled over a 10 year period and came out in 06 leading up the DLH fight. Way before the Calzaghe scrap. And yes I do believe that Floyd had a good chance of beating Pea. I could see it going either way.
That entourage of pacman must really be kissing his ass 24/7--his ego has really augmented the last year...Mayweather is going to give this guy an absolute boxing lesson and please don't be surprised if he tko's him within 6..I'd like to see PBF have about 2 fights prior to squaring off with Pacman just to shake the rust off. But it doesn't really matter, PBF takes this one hands down....
