All of our Champions of today have worked their way through some tough journeymen who are the backbone of our sport....they provide the test for the prospects on their way up....:good

Who is our best ever journeyman????...:bbb

I think that Peter Buckley and Paul Bonson stand out for me..... Who stands out for you??...:think

Howard Clarke was one for me. He beat some good fighters and he gave his all. Sadly looks like it's affected him.

    Ojay Abrahams...always eventful

Buckley mate. no doubt about it. Saying that though there was a lad who posted on here a while back think it was danny Cox who was looking for fights. His resume was pretty good on a domestic level

Bonson has a great CV too... most fighters who have fought him say that if they would have had rounders bat he still would not have got stopped...:bbb

Seamus Casey (30-129-5) fought a lot of the up and comers in the 80s and 90s.

I think Youssef Al-Hamidi is quickly becoming one, many of his fights are close and there are alot of questionable judging.

    vs. Akash Bhatia L 38-39
    vs. Michael Hunter L 57-58
    vs. Ricky Burns L 57-58
    vs. John Simpson L 75-77
    vs. John Murray L 75-77
    vs. Lee Cook L 58-56
