An old, inactive, borderline shot DLH got a SD against a prime Floyd.

A prime DLH at 147 would win a UD.

DLH at 147 was one hell of a fighter.

Mayweather, Delahoya has the same problems they had when they fight, he misses all his shots and eats flush leather counters. This time he can't come in at 165lbs and outweigh FMJ by 17lbs.

Floyd by close decision. He would pick off too many of De La Hoya's shots.

Yeah but this time he'd have the stamina to throw more than one flurry per round.

Watch the fight again and you'll see that it wasn't a split decision. DLH won 4 rounds at most.

Rightly or wrongly, it was a judged SD. Those are the facts.

And even so, DLH at 147 would be too much of a beast for Floyd.

De La Hoya would have beaten Floyd if he kept his jab up. A prime DLH would have no issues getting in there with Floyd.
