Really. Had Nueman saked him "are you allright" maybe Golota would have said YES, & it would have continued.

Bad memories. What makes it worse, we were in AC for that one.

    :-(

This fight is crazy to me...Golota could come in with a fire in his belly and swing for the fences and...well, we don't know how well Tomasz can take a real heavyweight kielbasa with mustard on it.

The sensible pick would seem to be Adamek by some form of before-the-final-bell victory (whether it's a TD, DQ, TKO, RTD...)

This just seems like an anything-can-happen affair if ever there was one. Which is strange, as both guys are fairly simple no-frills fighters and equally predictable (one in his unpredictability and the other in his consistency :nut :yep).

Will this be on same-day tape-delay on either of the major U.S. networks?

Yet another big fight where Golota escapes from the jaws of victory near the very end of the fight. I couldnt ****ing believe it, either. Now every time I see that fight I only watch the first round, then I just turn it off. :-(

Huge speed and youth differentials here. Huge. Plus Adamek is at the peak of his game. Golota is so slow that even Adamek will be able to get out of the way of his plodding punches.

The Golota of 3 years ago might have stood a chance. The Golota of late looked slower than molasses in the winter time in his last fight.

As a big fan of both fighters, I think that an Adamek win would be the best scenario because he's still got a few years ahead of him whereas Golota is in the twilight of his career. An even better scenario would be Adamek winning without taking too many punches because he himself has been in his share of tough fights and doesn't need to be in another one prior to the final stretch of his career.

I am surprised at the odds. I thought about betting some $$ on Adamek, but at +330 it does not make much sense. After all, you never know what can you expect from Golota...

Adamek will surely win either by KO or UD.
But I am banking on KO because Adamek is younger and faster and has more stamina than Golota.

Golota might not last 12 rounds. Most likely, he'll quit due to sheer exhaustion.

Adamek KO or UD? How else can he win (besides DQ)?
