Looks he is training hard, on vid his shirt is all wet (at least 1 pound of stinky sweat :barf) ... add to this 15 minutes of jogging per day and 30 punds in 2 weeks sounds resonable.
im not defending his weight it is almost insulting for a proffesional athlete to be 300+ lbs before a fight. when half your job is suppose to be training and being in fighting shape a terificly bad job of it. but his defence would go somthing like he has been heavy for ages and he is still unbeaten and is ranked in the top 10. he isnt like tua or toney who just added weight because....well give me a reason.
A prime Sam Peter would of killed Chris "Full C" Arreola. The guy claimed he has never ran until recently, was almost knocked out by Travis Walker, and he's about as sloppy looking as a 40 yearold pornstars *****. Sam Peter is way better than this lump of ****.
I'm speaking in the present tense, not the Sam of old. Sam should have stayed far away from both Klitschkos. Sam wasn't as skilled technically as Cristobal, but was a lot faster and probably would have knocked out Arreola 5 years ago.
Honestly, looking at Arreola in the video, the way he looks, reminds me of Calvin "The Boxing Banker" Brock. He doesn't do anything great, just has good basic skills and is slow. That is not enough to beat either Klitschko.
Fair enough, but I still think the Peter of today would probably beat him in a slugfest of sorts. Vitali did more damage than Wlad did, but I feel McCline took the invincibility away to be honest with you. Peter was looked at as a David Tua in some ways, extremely heavy hands and a titanium chin. McCline exposed him that night in a sense, that win was worse than the Wlad loss for Peter's mental toughness.
It's nice to look shredded but this sport isn't about how your body looks. If Cristobal can put VK down I don't care if he's got double D's.
