Not the one that you personally dislike the most but the one who seems to detested by everyone out there.

I think it can only be one of these two men

Valuev's head is weird. I don't think people hate Ruiz and Valuev, I don't think people give a **** about them, plus in Germany and the like, Valuev is probably quite popular.

Probably Floyd Mayweather Jr. He's a great boxer, but his personality on 24/7 is so bad that it's cartoon like. It's something you'd expect to see in the WWE. And he uses this to his advantage, even DLH was so psyched out that he fought him angry and forgot to jab. He basically wanted to brawl and he got outboxed.

Ruiz has fans. He's the first hispanic heavyweight champion. He probably has more fans than Floyd Mayweather Jr. Floyd has never headlined a pay per view event. I'm not saying Ruiz has headlined an event either, but they are definitely in the same league of popularity.

Listen noob, maybe you should stop posting! Remember De La Hoya vs Mayweather and Hatton vs Mayweather. I guess Ruiz vs Jones jr wasn't a headliner either. Jackass!

I think Who's "fanbase" is the most hated would pose a better question.

Both of those guys are infinitely more likeable than Floyd because they're real people. Sure they've held the WBA strap to ransom for a ludicrous amount of time but at least they don't spend the majority of their time disrespecting other fighters and trying to convince us they're great.

Floyd is a classless punk, only insecure people claim to be a fan of him.
