The first fight was frankly one of the worst things I've seen in my life. Why the hell would anyone want a repeat?
it's funny how hatton easily outclassed urango, and dominated malignaggi. and these two fighters are classed as rubbish when hatton beats them, but after they win a fight all of a sudden they beat hatton in a rematch. you've only got to see the first 6 rounds of the urango/hatton fight to see that he was wasy too slow for hatton and his only chance is a lucky punch and that's taking hatton's decline into account.
I don't think Urango won a round until the 10th, when his body punches started to play havoc with Hatton
Hatton won every round of the first fight, boxed Urango's head off the first 6 or 7 rounds, then he just spoiled down the stretch when he was running out of gas.I believe this time however Urango would spark him.
Fighters who lose only to the pound for pound best are not over rated, My thought about Hatton is that he is/was an exceptional fighter he just wasnt the best, 6 world titles, 2 weight champ, beating current champs like, Maussa Urango Collazo Tszyu Mallignagi (still considerd the top contender even when stripped of the IBF before the fight) Even Kayoed Castillio, he cleared up all Domestic/European competition apart from Junior Witter before goin on to win all what i have put so i dont think that is the sign of an over hyped figter, I dont see why Hatton ges so much stick on ESB he has had many a great fight and pulled off some great victorys
Seriously scur take that back atsch Where's the debate hatton won 10-2 how is that debatable :rofl Then again if you had the same judges as holy-lewis 1, they could probably score it a draw :nut
