Apparently Wanderlei has undergone facial surgery. He's had a nose job to correct breathing issues and had scare tissue removed from both eyes. It looks like there's still a lot of swelling in the vids and pics I've seen so he should look better soon.
dude the original looks faker then the fake, i think its real. after facial surgery your swelled up for a while, he'll look alright in the comming months.
