HBO hates the idea of ppv's to be honest. Arum loves ppv's because he can pocket some money, and take money out of Pac's pockets.

The reason Floyd out sold PAc against Dlh is because Floyd fought on HBO more where as Dapidran fought on ppv, and was not seen by the general boxing audience which is much bigger than the ppv audience. Floyd out sold PAc against Dlh by 1.3 mil, and PAc fought on ppv more than Floyd albeit against older, but more high profile names who have been on ppv shows before Pac.

Floyd is more known than E-Dap. If you do the research, HBO does not like ppv's because a certain audience does not get to view their fighters where as if the fight was on HBO, fighters are seen more.
