He did have some power though. Like with Lopez he hurts him (if i rmember right) with a big left hook at the start of the combo and drops him halfway through it.

Ohashi he hurt afew times with 1 shot although he was landing combos.

I dont think hes a huge hitter but he did pack a punch

I think Pea IS saying that Pater.

I think we're all on the same wavelength. I certainly wasn't saying he's the Jackson of the lower weights.

    oh got you now

no Chang aint Jackson of the lower weights but when i describe him to my freinds i say hes like Tyson, the way he comes forward and explodes with all these shots while using good head movement to avoid the shots coming back at him. And hes exciting as hell

I tink he's like Henry Armstrong with young Duran's movement.

    If that makes sense.

Just a way to describe him, don't think it's nessecarily true :good

Hmmm.....are we going by-The younger version of Chang conceding a few pounds.

Or the older Chang that was a Fly but was more patient. Also, I;m starting to think he was more patient because he HAd to be, after reading a lot about his partying antics.

Im using the Chang conceding weight but the younger more relentless model.

Of course he had to be more patient.

I just feel he seems less gung-ho and more combo orientated late on. Which is all good, but I feel it's because he lost a bit of stamina through too much partying and weight ballooning. Just from what I've seen coupled with what I've read really, I could be wrong, maybe it was just due to the rise in opposition, though in the small bits of seen from the first Zapata fight (which I'm getting :happy) he seems the same old Chang.

Without some of the posters on this board I might still be Chang-less:good

First Zapata fight hes pretty relentless but eases off at parts still think he won though.

I think the 2nd one looks like the old Chang though i havent seen it.

i couldnt live with being Changless

In the 2nd fight Zapata just isn't doin anything. How he manages to last that long I don't know (3 rounds I think)

    It's on the tube :good

That's ten years after the rematch with Chang.

**** knows how he lasted that long. EDIT: in his career after Chang I mean. I was aware he was stopped in the first agaisnt Moon. I assume Moon knocks him spark out?

    10 years! wow.

Did he not have a small break due to drugs etc... and then started fighting again but how the **** did he get to 10 years.

Moon drops him near the middle of the round Zapata gets up looks abit shaky is real good defenesivly gets caught with a right hook and falls badly but then Zapata gets up and the ref stops it

    Zapata was quality.

But seriously, a past-it defensive fighter out of his best weight (regardless of his size I can see just why he was so effective at light-fly) going up against possibly the hardest hitting super-fly of all time (I personally think Khaosai Galaxy so Moon dropped/stopped the better opposition, Darch must have a shout as well, wins over Kirlov and Mijares were devastating) and an absolute tour de force, what else was the result going to be?

Zapata was brillaint, i like wathcing him hes like a super tall Sweet pea.

I'd say Moons the hardest hitting IMO.

I did think Zapata would KO Moon in 1
