If we had seen that Tua was clearly fading or "past it", I might agree with you, K2.

But he still seemed to have his arsenal last time we saw him. He just seemed to lack
motivation to fight more often - which now seems to be back. So why not one last run?

    Tua-Wladdy does big business.

Tua could easily make a splash on this division. And for those who think he has only a hook, lets not forget that he starched Moorer with the right. He worked a bit on developing it after the Lewis fight. Peace.

That is exactly what I have been thinking, Cachi.

If Tua really hammers Cameron, I truly believe he can take on Wladdy or anyone.

A huge $$$$ worldwide interest if Tuaman is truly "BACK" fighting top guys.

If it happens, it will be the biggest come-back-from-the-wilderness in boxing
    since the Cinderella man!

Is Cameron even ranked in any of the alphabet organizations?

Sad but true:- Tua has been very overated throughout his career.

I am a Tua fan, always will be but the man has lost to nearly every good fighter he has ever fought.

Plus the fat **** is 5'9, 69 inch reach and he is fighting at 240/245lbs.

He needs to be at 224lbs approx to be effective and he aint going to see that mark ever again.

Tua was only beaten by Ike, LL and Chris Byrd in his whole career.

He knocked out 4 champs - Rachman, Maskaev, Ruiz and Moorer.

And still got that punch sitting in the airport hangar waiting to launch again....

But I do agree that if David can get down into the mid-230s in weight he would
be almost unstoppable. Weight and inactivity have long been problems

But I think he is "BACK"

What about Cameron? Even losing against Tua I think he has pretty good future prospects. People are talking about who ever loses with be finished in boxing.

Cameron has good skills, good chin, good power, comes forward, always in shape. OK he cuts really easily. But he would be a very tough fight for anyone in the top ten except probably Chambers and Povetkin who would totally out box him. Also Wlads jab would open him up like a fountain inside one round.

I'm not saying he can beat any of the top guys but I'm pretty fans everywhere would appreciate what he brings to the table. All he needs to do is get a proper team and sign with Don King ;) If Ruiz can have a long career in boxing no reason Cameron can't. At least he would be more exciting to watch.

Yes he's the definition of the word THREAT as a heavyweight. That is exactly what he is, because of the two key factors that are huge in this division...his punch and his chin. That means he's always in a fight.

However, whether he succeeds and gets to the top is another question entirely. I'd say no.
